question about site

i am not sure if this is the right place to put this but i have been looking for some contests and challenges to enter and i have only managed to find the sketch contest. For the other contests and challenges i can only find the galleries for them and no threads for the instructions and so forth.
Such as the monthly challenges.

Can anyone help me ??
