Could you take a peek please?

I am working on a gift for my sister and it has been a real challenge. I have working it in PSP8 as a 16 x 20. Not sure if I will have it printed in that or 11x14 with a matt. I already have a frame and I could go either way. Thoughts? I am thinking to keep it simple.

If you all would be so kind to help me make this a work of art worthy of a prominent place in her home, I would be so grateful. It has been a labor of love.

Ok I sent this to a friend also and she suggested that I turn the sailor boy on the left to face center and I did that. I also softened some of the harder lines and left some. I am not going to post it again.

I am told I can save this to .tiff, put it on a disc and take it Kinko's?
