Fiber or ribbon on a curve, round shape...

Can I apply fiber in a curve to match the curves on a frame, tag, or curved border using Photoshop Elements 2?

If so point me to a tutorial if you know or share if you know please. Thanks for any advice.

well, most of them will really distort your fibers. What I would do is first try

Filter>Distort>Shear and bend it that way. You can also rotate the fiber line 90 before applying the filter and try Shear if that works better

Distort>liquify and use the Warp Brush to push them around a little at a time

you might be able to cut and paste small sections and bend those with either filter and put them together to minimize distortion. The amount of manual work depends on the actual fiber image, how much it's getting distorted, how bad that looks, the amount of curve you're trying to achieve, etc
