Rainbow element

Help.....I downloaded the snowglobe kit and can't move the rainbow onto my layout... Everything else moves just fine... What am I doing wrong?

are you using the Move Tool? Perhaps the element is too transparent and the move keeps trying to "grab" the background behind the element.

but if it's a PNG, all one layer, that shouldn't be the issue. Try Ctrl-A to select All, Ctrl-C to copy, then on the layout hit Ctrl-V to paste it. Hopefully that works. With some very transparent objects, the Move Tool just can't grab them properly

For those items that are really transparent sometimes you need to copy and paste it in and then use the bounding box and transform tool to move it . For some reason PS and PSE seem to need to "SEE" an item clearly for the move tool to grab it
