Hi all - I'm Amber and I have 3 girls and stumbled into digital scrapbooking a few months ago when I purchased "Nova Factory Deluxe". Since then I have researched into it to see how I can use it. I am having so much fun! I wanted a creative way to preserve our memories and pics of the girls, but couldn't sacrifice the time and money with traditional scrapbooking. So I have found this wonderful website, I do have a few questions though. . .

1 - What kind of paper is the best to print out my work on and where can I find such paper?

2 - I have photoshop cs - does that work with the tutorials given on this site? It was given to us by a friend - so I have no instructions on how to use it and I am not exactly a computer whiz! =)

3 - Are the galleries only for layouts made from scratch using software (like photoshop), or can we show premade layouts or layouts made using Nova?
ONE MORE I PROMISE!!

4 - How do you create the amazing animations I am seeing and fun effects with your pics and sigs and layouts??
Thanks so much and I look forward to meeting you and participating in this wonderful site!!
Amber

Hi there - I am going to answer what I can very quickly - I am suppose to being doing chores!!

1. Depends on your printer - see recommendations of the manufacturer.
2. Yes, look for the PS tutorials on this site and there are many on the internet.
3. Any type of layout you make is fine - no matter if you did it yourself, used software, or elements and kits from this site or others. Just don't promote other sites, but remember to give credit to the artist.

4. I made my avatar using Image Ready with comes with PS CS.

You have all that you need with PS CS - now you just need to study!
