Adding pictures to your personal gallery.

I have all of my images stored in photobucket. My laptop crashed a month or so ago and thank goodness I had them there.. Anyway, how do I upload images from photobucket into my gallery?

Ack!!! I transferred my photobucket pics to "my pictures" in my computer and everytime I try to upload one, it says it's too large. I am clueless about how to resize the pictures without changing the picture itself. When I open it up in "paint" and I change the pixels, it changes the whole thing. Help!!!

there's also a tutorial on how to change the image size for web viewing too! :)
