I am also looking for Photoshop Tutorials. I saw 2 classes listed under University, but how do you sign up? Do you have to wait until November?

Registration should open soon - the classes start at the beginning of the month and run for 4 weeks ( this is for the DSU classes) - but there are tutorials in the university section ( under tutorials rather than classes) - these are free for you to do at any time, and more are added regularly
So, did you find the Tutorials section, or the Classes section? How new to PS are you? There are a couple of PS classes, they start on the first of each month: an Intro and two creating elements classes
Welcome to DSP, by the way!

I did the first tutorial so far, although I didn't quite figure out the journaling box. I'm very new to PS, just started. I've learned that first one and some shortcuts and that's about it. Should I start with the intro then? I'm kinda wanting to learn how to manipulate photos right now. Altho the elements sounds fun too. What all does the intro involve?
Thank you! I'm glad to be here! I've learned so much just in two short days!

Yes, the Intro class is a prerequisite to the Creating Elements class. I just didn't know if you had "or similar experience." The class starts Nov 1, and I'm awaiting registration to open at any moment :p
Here's the link, you can check it over the next few days, but we'll announce in the forums when it's open too

Looking forward to having you! The intro class is for making layouts, has only a little photo retouching included, but it'll get you more than started in PS and allow you to branch out to other things like retouching or making elements
