I have a question and it may be a silly one but it has been eating at me for awhile. I would like to know can you be published when you are using someone elses kit? I don't know how to design and of the back grounds I use photos and my program background. can someone help me

Absolutely you can be published using someone elses kit!!- List the designers details when you submit it - and if you get accepted Im sure the designer would love to know about it

Yes, being published with digital elements is no different than being published with paper supplies :) Just list who created it and from where you Downloaded it :) Good luck!
