Hi, I'm new to the site and a beginner to digital scrapping. I would like to add some fibers to my layouts, but don't know how to make them. :( any help would be appreciated. Thank you all.

Thank you Emma, I tried the instructions to make some gray fiber for fun. It's not too bad. I'll keep playing with different settings.
How can I make some fiber that is fancier - like some of the brightly colored fibers I've seen in scrapbooking stores? Thank you for the help. :D

If you use photoshop then my class - Creating realistic elements in Photoshop has a full week on fibres - last months students made some awesome fibres!!!

Lauren's class makes some very cool fibers! What software are you using?

I don't know what you mean by the "brightly colored" fancy fibers in scrapbook stores since I haven't been in one for about 5 years...back in those days you could choose between funky scissors and cutesy paper :rolleyes:

Do you have a link to an online product you'd like to copy digitally?
