Nope!!! I don't have time to get all my own projects done. Maybe some day when I retire. Then again I think I would burn out creatively.

Not yet, but this is exactly what I had planned for my digital scrapping. So far, I've done a couple hundred of pages for myself and designed two kits to use for S4H, but that's it. I had a friend ask me to do a wedding album for her sister in August, so at this point, that will be my first "sale" lol. I hope it works out that I can drum up some more business before then, but I haven't been actively pursuing it either. I love to scrap other people's pictures, not quite as much as my own, but it adds a bit of pressure and excitement!

I've done a few free pages for friends, and while I like it, I'm always sitting in my head over analyzing, "will they like this" "is this a color they'd like" etc...so not sure I could do it for a business. I admit, back when I started I thought about it, but I think I get more satisfaction out of scrapping my own family's pics.

I did a book for my grandma at my mom's request. I would be open to the idea, but I would have to wait until I retire in 20 years!

I do lots of pages for friends and family members as gifts, but no scrapping for hire. I particularly like to do mini-layouts that end up on mugs or other useful daily items. I don't know how I'd feel about it if someone wanted to pay me to scrap for them. . .

I have made gifts for people.
I just did a whole book for my mother for her 70th birthday. It was a lot of work. For the amount of time it took I would have to been paid $1,000 of more just based on the hours I put in.

My paper album gifts were too much time, but by making a few Plopper- or QC-style templates, you can alter them enough that nobody will know if it was the same sketch turned on its side. Saves a bunch of time!

People have asked to have me scrap for them, but I refused. For me, it would take all the fun out of scrapping. This way there are no complaints either.

Nope! Ive had two other hobbies that I turned into home businesses and burnt myself out with each one so much so that I dont want to ever have anything to do with either of those crafts again Keep the enjoyable hobby an enjoyable hobby is my motto now

I've done a few S4H pages but if they are willing to pay me to cover the product license and my time. Mostly if I scrap for others it is to be given as a gift to them.
