QuOTD 7/10: Outside Jobs

I'm a certified music teacher, employed in customer service at a company that imprints promotional items and manufactures office supplies and medical equipment. Fun! (The sarcasm just oozes, LOL.)

LOL. I didn't like customer service. Did it for many years, and while I excel at it, I truly can't stand it. Hence why I am now back in school!!

I actually don't mind the customer service part of this job. I haven't had very many disgruntled customers, and it's all telephone-based because we are technically the manufacturer of the product, so our customers are distributors of the products.

AND, plus, we make them happy LOL.

I used to manage walmarts before I became a teacher...now there is some customer service to avoid.
