QuOTD 7/25: What do you miss

when not scrapping? Is it the creative rush or something else?

Scrapping makes me a nicer person........it must decrease my stress level.....I am more patient when I have had an hour or two (or 9 or 10 hours ) of scapping time

I can agree there. When I'm able to create I am calmer and more patient!!

I think for me being creative is a must, whether writing my poetry or scrapping, so when I don't get to do it, I feel incomplete, and I get all pent up...I usually can feel when a poem is about to happen if I haven't written in a while, it just spills out in a jumbled rush!

I'm with you! I need to be creative in some venue and i get really cranky if I haven't had any creative time in my day.

I have always created! If I am not creating, there is something missing in my life. I feel very grumpy when I have no scrapbook mojo

I am so glad i am not alone with the non-scrapping, non-designing crankiness!!!
Oddly, right now though things are different - my dh has just retired (end of June) and right now life feels like a permanent holiday!! Not doing nearly enough designing work, not done any pages, and not cranky, but defiantly an inner anxiety.... I guess life will settle to a pattern?

LOL I know what you mean, Sharon! Sometimes I find that I've whiled away my planned scrapping time checking out what is going on here at DSP But I enjoy it so much, I get back to it before long. . . I think it is the total switch in my brain to artistic expression, and the opportunity to relive, for a moment, a special experience (even if its an every day sort of special experience!)

I agree. Somedays you have barely time to catch up at DSP let alone scrap!
