August 7 - 20 Featured Kit - Nineteen Twenties

Share The Luv Challenge August 7 - 20

Since we're celebrating Family History Month here are DSP, I thought it would be fun to do a series of page kits, each one focusing on a different decade. I had a blast researching and creating these kits, I hope you'll enjoy using them for your heritage photos!

Featured Kit - Nineteen Twenties

Take a step back through time into the Roaring Twenties, a decade of prosperity, prohibition, and technological advances. The Nineteen Twenties Page Kit Plus has everything you need to scrap this fabulous era! The art deco style backgrounds come in shades of gray with red accents, and the element set includes vintage clothing, a Model T car, and decorative elements typical of the time period, perfect for showing off those heritage photos!

Posting Bonus - Nineteen Thirties

Celebrate the Nineteen Thirties with this fun Heritage kit! This decade was not only famous for the Great Depression, but also was the birth of the film industry, and a time when families gathered around the radio for their entertainment and news. The elements in this kit are a fun mix-up of things that were typical of the time period, including toys, vintage radio and telephone, ladies hanky, movie themed items and even an old worn out boot! The background papers include dark brown weathered wood, dark green solid , and two prints - a light green geometric, and cream and beige floral. If you have photos from the 1930's that you need to scrap, then this is a the perfect kit for you!

To get Nineteen Thirties for free, here's all you need to do:

1. Post a layout using Nineteen Twenties to the Share The Luv Gallery before midnight, August 20.

2. Put a link to your layout here in this thread so I can send you your posting bonus.

It's that easy!

It was the flapper silhouette that made me buy this kit, I have a use for it outside of scrapping I think.
