DSU130 – Jasc Paint Shop Pro: Introduction to Digital Scrapbooking
This 4-week Paint Shop Pro course exclusively for scrapping shows step-by step how to create new 3 layouts: paper style, graphic montage, and elements collage. In-depth instructions on each tool, filter, and style used to create basic layouts, backgrounds, maneuver text, create simple elements, and save for printing and sharing on the web. $30

DSU180 – LumaPix FotoFusion: Introduction to Digital Scrapping
This 4 week course takes you through the basics of FotoFusion, including the various program tools and functions needed to create stunning scrapbook layouts and mosaics. The course will include steps on how to create basic layouts and will cover more complex features of the program. Prerequisites: This is a beginner-level class. You must have FotoFusion installed on your computer (Standard or Pro are both compatible). Download a trial version here. $30

DSU195 – Introduction to Creating WordArt (2 week class)
A beginner class to introduce you to the world of creating word art. Learn how to create your own custom word art with your instructor, Tina. $15

DSU211 – Photoshop: Creating Digital Elements for Beginners (Pre-requisite- DSU 110 or similar experience)
Begin to travel the path of element creation in this 4-week class for Adobe Photoshop users. In step by step lessons we will cover the tools and gain the skills to create visually realistic elements and will create new elements each week. Instructor Lauren Bavin. $30

DSU227- "Love It"- a Valentine theme page kit creation class for Photoshop and PSE
This fun 2 week class join Lauren and Kim and create a valentine themed page kit . You will learn many new tricks and will be provided with unique and exclusive brushes, styles,custom shapes and patterns to aid you in your page kit creation. Your participation in this fun class will result in a myriad of backgrounds that you can create and adapt for yourself and you will develop new skills in paper tearing, entwining elements and element design. This class is suitable for advanced beginners upwards ( basic programme knowledge is assumed) $15

DSU231- Paint Shop Pro- Creating Digital Elements for Beginners
Begin creating your own elements in this 4 week class for Paint Shop Pro users. You'll explore the tools and techniques you need to create realistic elements with PSP8 or PSP9, exploring different types of elements each week. Instructor Lori Davis. $30

DSU251- Introduction to Photography Composition - instructor Roger Tuttle
A comprehensive course where the student will learn the how to direct the viewers eye to the hprimary, secondary, and tertiary elements of a photograph. The f ormality of symmetry and the dynamics of asymmetry which is broken down into its components and comparisons of value, size, texture and position of elements will be covered as well as the rule of thirds and the use and visual meaning of vertical, horizontal and diagonal implied and literal lines.

No pre-requisites are required, but a knowledge or experience in art principles would be helpful. Students must have a digital camera or a film camera and scanner. $30

DSU261- Photoshop Elements: Creating Digital Elements for Beginners (Pre-requisite- DSU 160 or similar experience)
Create realistic embellishments in PSE in this 4-week class, using layer styles and patterns, as well as filters and brushes. Add realism to your layouts by making new elements each week: metal and wood objects and patterns, ribbons, fabric and fibers, tags, leather, and shapes. Instructor Emma Powell. $30

DSU280 – LumaPix FotoFusion: Digital Scrapping for Intermediate Users
Continue your mastery of FotoFusion with this 4-week advanced class. Continue where the beginning class left off. Delve into advanced features of the program, including the various program tools and functions needed to create stunning scrapbook layouts and mosaics. The course will include steps on how to create advanced layouts and will cover complex features of the program. $30
