By a stroke of luck it seems, I posted my first LO on this site on April 1st as part of a chat challenge for a freebie I had run accross. I have posted another after that as part of a second chat challenge and then one just to see. I have loved the reception I have gotten so far. Very friendly.

Here is my first LO:
http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com...0&ppuser=55733

My second:
http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com...0&ppuser=55733

and my third:
http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com...0&ppuser=55733

Would appreciate any feedback.
Thank you,
Andrea

Now I have a question after looking at the other two. Were we supposed to post the first LO we ever did Digital or the first LO we ever posted to this site and had to be this month?

I posted my first scrapbook page in DSP on April 3. It is the only one I have posted yet but I attended several chats and am working on preparing the pages for those challenges too. I love this DSP web site! I have been buying your kits for quite awhile now but am just now venturing further and exploring some of your other features. I even now have a mentor, Abby, who has already been so helpful! Thank you for all you do! There is so much to explore and learn here! Here is a link to my first page that I posted in the Out Loud Challenge:

Thank you again for all the learning experiences I am just starting to have!

Here is my first post and I’m laughing at myself because I’m about sick doing this. I’ve never scrapbooked but I’ve been lurking around here for a couple of weeks and I’ve decided I’ll never learn how unless I get started somewhere. I want to learn to scrapbook but I want to use my own artwork and it looks like you not only allow that but encourage it with awesome tutorials. http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com...0&ppuser=82211
Thank you for a friendly place to learn.

Okay, so heres the first LO's I've really done in 12x12 format. I just posted 3 today and I love this place for the awesome ideas and creativity that is found in here!! Up untill now I've done a few pictures and bought some kits but mostly stood in the backround to see what goes on and to see how to do it but like I said, this is my first time posting. The tutorials on this site are awesome and I want to also say, keep up the good work!!! Any feedback from anyone would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks for looking!!

Hello! This is my first post and my first layout:

I've been looking around for about a week and I finally sat down tonight to attempt a layout. I would appreciate any comments. I'm excited to start scrapbooking and meeting some new friends as you all seem very nice.

My First Layout

http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com...0&ppuser=85914

Used a combination of 3 kits:-

Wedding Whimsey, Old World Charm and Elegant Gold Alpha

I used PSE2 and struggled somewhat. But done 2 more projects since and I'm getting a bit faster!
Nearly messed up at one stage as the program froze - lost a bit of work. That'll teach me to save often as I go along.
I've even managed to do journaling in PSE2 now - Hee Hee!

Thank you DSP for the loverly kits...Di XXX

Here is my "first" digital layout! (when you read the description, you will understand!

I used PSP 9 and some of the picture frames and tips I knew from there. I used several DSP products, albeit all freebies! Samara Gugler's beautiful Power to the Flower Freebie. The Alpha is Meryl Bartho's Cream Typewriter. I also used one element from Jamie Rousselle 2005 Easter MiniKit Freebie.

http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com...y.php?cat=4316

I have been playing around with DSP for a little while and learning how to do it, and this is my first time posting any thing here. It took a bit for me to figure it all out but here it is. Hope you like it.
