Thank you seems so inadequate, but THANK YOU. As I said before, I can't tell you how much all you have done to make this happen means to me. I've just come from the store and will do my best to get a layout of Alex posted today.

Thanks so much for the link to this article. Susan did a good job describing the essence of Mountain View.

Scrapbook Trends just posted their call for layouts. I'll get the link and post it.

Because digi scrapping is so good for RVers, I wrote an article about it for an RV magazine and got it published. I gave them the link to my gallery and they picked out the layouts they wanted. Unfortunately, they picked out my LEAST favorite ones. They did pay me $100 though. :-)

As you know, I tend to take the "Oscar acceptance" route to posting -- don't mention anyone and then you don't leave someone important out.

I do read posts every day, but by the time I can write something, one or more RGCers has already said everything I'm thinking. But I always welcome the new ones, greet those who are returning, pray for those who need, empathize with those who are sad, worry about those who are missing, rejoice with those who have overcome, wish a safe journey to those who are traveling, laugh at those who are funny, feel pride in those who do something special (like getting published!!!), hurt for those who are in pain, and dearly love feeling like part of the group even when I can't post.

So, how about it? Did I cover my butt for another few months???????

Scamp and I both volunteered to be moved to the July Wacom tablet class. Anyone else who is going to take it then?

For anyone else who is interested, by the way, they had 52 people sign up for the June class and are asking for volunteers to wait until July since class is limited to 25 people. If you're interested, you might want to find out about wait lists for August.

Feeling Nervous

Well girls, I may have signed my own death warrant with DSP with this LO I just posted. It makes me feel better in one way, but bad in another. Well I just had to get it off my chest. What Bugs Me

Omi--I have copied this into a special place to be pulled out when I am out of words/time/brainpower--I'll just copy it in for the day!

I was actually at work and did a quick no-no (slap my hand for logging in, just don't fire me!) to post in the Wacom thread. Thanks for picking it up so quickly and moving it here, Omi. I'm legal right now--home for lunch.

Got stung by a wasp walking to the apartment--my hand hurts like the dickens!!

Karen--How 'bout them Spurs!!!!

Yolanda--gentle soft hugs--

Fran, I'm looking for your layouts....

(I'm using the bottom-of-the-page method of keeping up... )

Back to work, dagnabit!!

A marine biologist developed a race of genetically engineered dolphins that could live forever if they were fed a steady diet of seagulls. One day, his supply of the birds ran out so he had to go out and trap some more. On the way back, he spied two lions asleep on the road. Afraid to wake them, he gingerly stepped over them. Immediately, he was arrested and charged with transporting gulls across sedate lions for immortal porpoises.
