Challenge 1 – Simon Says and Re-Phrase It combined challenge – August 3 to August 16

If you don’t want the free kit but still want to play along you can use any of our great DSP products. BUT you wont get the free kit

You have one nominated Kit plus its AOP and 1 Overlay to use for this challenge:

In the usual tradition of Simon Says this is what Simon says to do for this week:

** Re-Phrase It** Prompt:

It’s OK to…

The phrase prompt for this part of the challenge must be included in your LO, it can be in the title, the beginning of the journaling or you can create a poem with the phrase in one of its lines.

**Layout** Prompt:
Create a layout following the below set of ‘rules’

• You Must use the nominated Kit, AOP and Overlay only, no extra’s like other Overlays, WAor Alphas – you don’t have to use all the kit and AOP but you must use the overlay.
• 2 romantic photos i.e. wedding, anniversary, honeymoon etc, only two people in the photos (NO group shots, NO animals, NO Children etc,)
• Use 2 font styles for Title and or Journaling.
• Create a LO using only the items and prompts listed.

• You Can…
  • …Do any style of LO
  • …Blend backgrounds
  • …Re-colour any items used to make the LO cohesive.

• You Can’t…
  • …Add any more photos.

Place your LO’s in Erica’s Lucky Dips Gallery or if it’s doing double/triple duty elsewhere I will need a link to your LO in this forum.

Some really simple rules:

• Please use only DSP products – nominated product or other.
• Must include a title and/or some journaling using the prompt.
• Please put your LO in the Erica’s Lucky Dips Gallery if possible or if doing double/triple duty a link in this forum, especially if you intend to do both challenges.
• Please comment generously on other member’s layouts in this challenge. I know I don’t really need to ask you that because you’re all so good at it anyway.
