Maybe have fun scrapping ahead of the season...get layouts ready to add photos to when the season arrives...valentines, St. Patricks day, maybe a birthday layout ready to go for the special occasion? Also, something besides layouts...I make bookmarks, using digital elements, for myself and others...maybe recipe cards, desktop images for the computer ...one of my favorite things since I get to see it every day, then change it to something else Sometimes I scraplift something I've admired and added to my favorites (crediting and trying to pm the original scrapper so they can see how much I liked their work)

I get in funks all the time...sometimes the only way to pull myself out is to participate in challenges...particularly ones that I don't normally do.

I know that feeling well. Sometimes it is just a matter of getting on with something else in life and letting the enthusiasm return. I have also found Lauren's speedscraps helpful. Nothing like a deadline to drive you to create *something*. Also helps you to let go of the need for everything to be perfect (or is that just me ) Another thing that I sometimes do is write the journalling for a page first. I find that things (like choosing photos and embellishments) fall together a bit easier if I know the story I am trying to tell.

Use an inspiration - scraplift if you like but a non-scrapping inspiration such as an ad or artwork can work wonders.
Try something that requires a new technique so you're concentrating on the learning aspect of it - who knows where that may lead.
I'll lay bets it does happen to designers and DET too. I know I had a huge scrapping funk post DET, I'm not sure I've ever completely recovered.

I'm in a funk now too, Brenda. Have been for a couple months now. I'm hoping that the excitement of having a new desktop computer to scrap on and the new value collections I bought today will help me get back in the swing of things.
