OCTOBER Titlebar Contest
THE TITLEBAR CONTEST!!!
Okay, I have an AWESOME opportunity to offer ... how would you like to design the titlebar on the DSP website ????
Well this is your chance!!!
This is the current DSP Titlebar:
This little image sits on top of all the pages on the DSP website and YOU get the chance to have your design shown for ONE WHOLE MONTH!!!
Here is how .....
1st Oct: The new Fantastic Fall Megakit hits the shop - buy it as you need to use this kit (and this kit only) to make the titlebar image. It's kind of a tradition!
5th Oct: Deadline - make sure links to your design are posted in this thread by 11pm GMT/6pm EST (sorry I am in the UK!!)
6th Oct: A poll is set up for all DSP members to vote on their favourite image
7th Oct: Voting finishes at 11pm GMT/6pm EST
8th Oct: The design with the most votes is loaded up and graces the front page of the DSP site for a WHOLE MONTH, (subject to approval) when it will then be replaced by next months winner!!!
RULES
- Only one entry per month - but you can enter as many months as you like.
- You need to follow the rules for designing the titlebar very carefully (so it meets with the website standards).
- The image needs to be saved in the jpeg format.
- The resolution should be 72dpi.
- The size is 540 pixels by 125 pixels.
- Elements or text should not overlap the edge of the image.
- The background colour needs to be FBE28C (hexidecimal) or R=251 G=226 B=140 (RGB)*.
- Only elements from the OCTOBER DSP CD/MegaKit may be used in the image.
- The image must include the text (any font is fine) ... Digital Scrapbook Place, Capture, Create, Captivate.
- NEW RULE - you can add to the bottom of the image 'Designed by DSP member:[insert name]'. try to keep it as small as you can though, don't want members thinking you've taken over the site!!!

So GOOD LUCK and I really hope you are as excited about this CONTEST as I am!!!
Notes:
Background colour ... in your program find a screen which gives you options like the following dialogue box, then insert either the RGB colour numbers or the hemidecimal number in the # box. You'll know if its right as it will give you a nice yellow colour!!
