How to enable "Cookies"

I can not get into the Store...well, can get in but can not buy anything

It tells me I have to enable "Cookies" It gives directions for doing that but I still can not put anything in my cart. I have Windows 7 I tried emailing the store but did not get an answer...(My windows Live email is giving me FITS too

) Can not even open it half the time. Any ideas?? I go to tools-Internet Options-Security-set my security level on Medium......Then where do you click???...I think I have reset it but it doesn't make a difference in the store

Yea!!! I'm not the only one. Have done the resetting also and still no luck!!
Am wondering if the store is holding out for homemade choco chip cookies!!!

Think the store is telling us something???
Last night even offered to share some of my red velvet cheesecake from cheesecake factory and nothing!!! Maybe it does not want cookies, maybe the store is on a diet and wants fruit??

Ohhh Gosh I'll take some of that!!!! I think I would rather have that than Paper and that is saying alot for this Paper Addict..

Have not heard of anyone else having a problem...Can't imagine we are the only ones....

I even emailed the store awile ago but they wanted me to send them a Screen Shot and I don't have any idea how to do that...and my Windows Live Mail was giving me fits just then to and could not even open that to email them back....There is one other site (Can't remember which one just now) that does the same thing. I think I need someone who knows Windows 7 to walk me through it to be sure that I've done everything right. How about you?? It was fine untill they made their changes in the store.
