Newbie from Michigan

Hello everyone
I'm so excited to be part of this scrapbooking community!!!

Just a little about me...
I am a mother of the 2 cutest kids on earth. My daughter is 2 and my son is 10 months, so I have a lot to scrapbook. I started back in 2009-2010 timeframe with paper scrapbooking, but as my family grew I realized that I was falling behind with no hope of catching up. With this said I decided very recently to try my hand with digital scrapbooking, and so far I love it. It's nice not to have to drag out all my scrapbook supplies, now I simply have to upload my computer.

I am looking forward to sharing my page layouts with everyone and hopefully receive some good constructive comments in return.

Also if anyone reading this is from the Metro Detroit area and may know of a group of ladies that regularly meet to socialize while working on digital scrapbook pages let me know.

Hi and welcome to DSP Kelly! I'm Alberta, Canada so no help whatsoever there. But there are lots of chats at DSP, a couple of which involve scrapping. Mostly it's chatter and freebies.

Hi Kelly! I was born and raised in Sterling Heights. My parents still live there. I'm a little further west now in Hartland. There are several DSPers in Michigan and we do get together from time to time.

There is a newbie chat every Wednesday at 10 PM where you can ask any questions you might have about the site or digital scrapping.

You're just in time for Christmas in July. It's a lot of fun and there are plenty of good sales!!

We have a DSP meet up area, and usually in there they post when there are going to be meet ups and scraps.
