Yep, we blow on dandelions too! I dont know it the others did it this way, but when we were kids we called them "santa clauses" and we'd blow on them making a wish for what we wanted for christmas and the dandelion would blow away to tell santa!

I am going to sound like the blonde that I am....What did Mars do 20,000 times? My assumption is LOs'. (And then I would ask the question does she get out at all, after I pick myself up off of the floor)
Kay, bless your little heart and tired knees! But tell me your NOT going to have them both replaced at the same time! On the positive side, just think how many LO's your gonna get done the first few weeks after surgery!

Kay, I was laughing at your "all I want for christmas joke and when I replied I must have seemed cold. Please forgive me. I am so sorry you have the knee problems and I will pray for VERY successful replacements. Most people I know who've had them done have been very happy with the results.

OH good news. I told Ken what you said about the furinator so we went to look at the only pet store in town... it was $99.99. No way was I going to pay that. Then he was walking Sunny and ran into a woman with 3 dogs and they got talking and she raved about it so he has decided if it works that good he is going to get it anyway. Now at least we can check at Walmart first. Sunny's regular monthly grooming is Friday so it would be good timing to find it now.

LOL! I would have to waffle a lot - I see now that I am still 42 (41 after this) away, so I'll share the milestone with you in a few days.
In the meantime, we need to pick up the Heritage Chat and get it going full steam. Meryl is thinking of doing it in for lack of interest. I'm hoping it's just been a busy summer for everyone and we can get it back on track!

I sewed my finger in a sewing machine once! The needle went in hit the bone and snapped! Ouch!!!!!!!!!
I also as a kid backed into a rusty nail in the yard, it healed but was inflamed, mum said it was "proud flesh" (!!??) and bathed the top of it off and all this pus came out! I still remember that one and have a nice scar near my ankle to show for it.
