Oh Wow, I have a war injury
I'm honored that he would want a replacement! I am totally
enamored with story of the Code Talkers from World War II.
I have read several books about them. Kasha, I hope that you get that
phone call tomorrow!!

JaeDee - I had trouble remembering what "Promote the Posts" was and I WROTE IT... then I remembered we were trying to reach 7000 posts by our birthday or something... that's what I meant.

I think....

I am sure...

I think...

Oh Heck! It sounded good LOL.

We can easily do that! Yes, Lynette that is what you said (and meant). Sorry about your war injuries JaeDee! I'm sure you will feel much better very soon with that sweet young man taking care of you.

Wow, JaeDee will get a purple heart for sure. I hope you are recouperating well from the injury.
Kasha hope the phone rings so you can eat breakfast and talk as the same time in the morning. He was probably tired and needing to sleep. I am praying that he is ok. You take care of yourself, I think it could be stress of your son being gone that is part of the cause of you not being able to gain some pounds.

Holy Cow, take a break from reading and all kinds of things go on around here!!

JaeDee, I sure hope you are okay after your injury.

Kasha, I hope the phone rings tomorrow and you get that call. Hey, if you still need some extra pounds, I'll be glad to give some of mine up.

Carma, what did I miss with the dancing?? You must really be feeling better now.

Lindy, Happy belated Birthday. Sorry I didn't see it here earlier.

Ineke, I so hope you are able to find some scrapping time while Ryan is away!

Okay, for everyone lots of hugs and prayers. I'm off to catch the weather to see if all those inches of snow have gone around or if we are going to get pounded. Hubby is on a fishing trip and the TV has not been on since Thursday!

Hugs to all,

heres my attempt at increasing the posts up to 7000, I too, still have not created my favourite LO's yet, but in the mean time these two will do.

This is me, having a short nap on the railway line between Darwin and Adelaide, this was two weeks before the line was completed. on the road to nowhere

this is one of my first LO's very first drawing

Can I have a invite to the medals ceremony when JaeDee gets her Purple Heart?
Kasha, hope that damn phone has rang by now.

So, since Sat. mornings are so quiet here where I work I am going to read a few more posts and try to catch up. I see some gals have celebrated birthdays, hope you all had a great day. Carma, sounds like you are feeling some better, good to hear that. Crystal, another 20 incher for your husband, that will be the first thing I tell my hubby and son when I get home today. Both of them so wanted to go fishing but the weather has been not very good fishing weather. Yum, yum, some walleye for supper tonight sure would taste good. Wishing you all a very nice weekend! Jan W. No I am not dancing yet, I plan on going to the senior center here and learn how to line dance. I have to get cleared from my Dr. first. LOL not quite there yet but feeling better every day. No nausea today and keeping down food. So that is a good improvement.

Here are my last two LOs they are side by side.

You are not alone in this world, Vallie. There are others out here - of your kind! Strange, odd, and with a tendency to talk to ourselves.

No we don't.

Yes we do.

No we DON'T.

Yes we do and no back answers!
