fun, funky scraplift page needed!

I have some cute photos of my son playing on one of those inflatable obstacle courses, super bright colors! I want a fun and funky layout for this, but mine just seems chaotic.

Any of your favorites come to mind? Something with bright colors, playful theme?

those are cute, I like the Easter one and the Curve one best for what I'm going for.

Here's what I have so far, and I want to ditch the whole thing!

The photo angles and the bright background are TOO much. I want to tone it down but not lose that bright/fun mood, just lose the ugly!

Suggestions on how to accomplish that? Don't want the pics b/w, and a white background just did not match...lighter colors didn't match either. I'm stumped!

The general idea is terrific! Leave the background yellow / torn blue / red ribbon as is, leave the photos where they are, but: try moving the mats to match the photos rather than offset; split the title into two separate areas or maybe "crosswords" them on the A, or have one set of letters running down instead of across.
LOL - just a few possibilities! HTH

Here's one I loved so much that I bought the kit!!!

The layout seems to have some of the elements that you're looking for Emma...super bright colors and a fun and funky energy to it.
Hope this helps to start your creative juices...I know you can get there, you do wonderful work!

If I had those three photos I would start by picking the bottom two to work with at first (and would see if the third would work in the LO somewhere). Then I'd pick a kit with colors of the same intensity as the photos... but not necessary the same colors... something like Val's Days of Summer kit - 1386dsp - would be where I would start...

PS Love that "O" photo by the way!!

Emma,

I've never tried to include an image in a message (and I have given up on it for tonight), but...Here are my thoughts: switch the bottom two so the climbing pictures is on the blue background. Crop a little off the top, left and bottom of the slide photo, straighten it and move it to the left. Simplify the letters, the circles add a lot of busyness to the LO, maybe use the blue BG color for the letters. If you like using color blocks, slide the red mat all the way to the bottom right corner so no yellow is showing. And Ms M is right—the "O" photo is just great!

Chris

I love this LO - have wanted to lift it for some time. It has only 2 photos buut you could fit another on the bottom.

Emma great pictures, they are certainly bright and fun. I love where you are going with them, the crisp clear colors are looking good other than that I can't offer anything else.
