Question Need Help Deciding

Can't decide between Photoshop Elements ($79) and Corel Paint Pro (around the same price). One of the things I want to be able to do is put a picture black and white but put something back to its original, for instance a pink and white polka dot dress.

Does anyone know if both programs do this.
Thanks haven't started the digital scrapping yet, but getting all my ducks in a row to start.

Either one is a great choice and you can do the spot tinting with either. Why don't you download trials of both and see which one you like better. Download a trial of one work with it. When that trial is up download the other, work with it. See which ones suits your style better

I sure do agree on using the trial programs before deciding to purchase. They're both great programs (I have both), but some find one easier than the other - that way, you don't waste any money.
