Help with saving 2 layouts as 1

Hi everyone! I need help again (surprise, surprise).

I am in the process of making 2 layouts. One is pretty much done, and is the picture page that coordinates with the journaling page that I am currently creating (well, after I get home from work this afternoon). Anyway, I want it to be included for DSP and ME, and I think I need to post them as "one" for it to count for the "overall" category. How would I do this? I know people have posted "double page" spreads before, but did you create them as one? Or did you just save them together later? Any ideas? I would appreciate it!

I'll be at school all stinkin' day, so you have plenty of time to think about it.

What I do when I do a two for one is create them as separate 12x12's (this way it is easier to work on them, IMHO). Then create a new document at 12x24. Go back to the first page, merge the layers and then copy/paste into the 12x24 layout - move it all the way to the left side. then go to your second page, merge layers, copy/paste it into the 12x24 layout. Move it to the right - make sure they do meet in the middle, line up correctly. There you have your two page spread! HTH!
