Talking Hi!
Hi, my name is Tanya and I own a wedding planning message board and guess what...nobody there knows how to make graphics like Blinkies and Siggies for the board. We are big into blinkies and siggies...we went surfing for a good tutorial for Photoshop and we found it here. We love the site so far. Thank you guys for being here. Now, we can make graphics for anybody who asks.
