Inspiration Station Call Submission Terms

Important Terms:

You must be 18 or older to submit layouts to the DSP Inspiration Station.

By making an Inspiration submission to DSP, you warrant the following: (a) that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your submission (which includes layout and content), including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or enter your submissions; (b) you are the copyright owner of your submission, or that the copyright owner of your submission has granted you permission to use the submission or any content and/or images contained in your submission consistent with the manner and purpose of your use; (c) you have the rights necessary to grant DSP a license to use the image according to the paragraph below; (d) that each person depicted in your submission, if any, has provided consent to the use of their image, including but limited to, the distribution, public display and reproduction of such images.

You grant DSP an irrevocable, royalty-free, nonexclusive, license to use, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, transfer, transmit, distribute, and publish the materials you contribute for the purposes of (i) display on its website, and (ii) any distribution to users seeking to download or otherwise obtain it. This license shall apply to distribution in any form, medium, or technology.

You agree to indemnify DSP, should it be forced to defend itself against any claim, including but not limited to those of copyright infringement, that may arise as a result of your submission.
