Need help with copying images, please!

Hi all,
I usually import images from digital camera into Photoshop album/organizer, then save the orig. images into CD for future use. However, when I opened files in CD, all the files lost their information data, such as date, time, what type of camera used to take those pics, etc... which can be viewed if the files stored in hard drive. Is there anyway to save all those date with the images into CD? Or did I miss some steps when save/burn those images into CD? Please help.

that's called the EXIF data, so when you make a CD (try a test) see if there are options for Export EXIF data.
