How do I...

I have several "circle" elements and I have been noticing on other members layouts they can make part of the circle on top of a picture and part of it below. So it kinda weaves over and under.

The only thing I have been able to do is either have the circle on top, or underneath.

How do they do this?

Thanks!!!!

you just cut away the portion of the circle either with a selection tool, or erasing it

Jennifer, you made me laugh out LOUD - so funny! Not knowing exactly what you're working with, I think you could also copy the portion of the circle you want on top, then move that layer on top of your photo layer. Clear as mud?
