Week 3 – December 22 to December 28 – Re-Phrase It

This is a Bonus Challenge Week – in other words, I’m nominating a kit for you to use.

The Bonus Challenge kit to use is Christmas Cheer if you don’t already have it you can purchase it by clicking the link. Remember you don’t have to use the nominated kit you can use any of our great DSP products. BUT if you want to get the free bonus you do have to use the nominated kit.

Note: I will accept a small amount of other DSP product with the nominated kit but the LO has to be predominantly the nominated kit :-)

This week’s random theme is: ** Re-Phrase It**

The phrase prompt for this week must be included in your LO, it can be in the title, the beginning of the journaling or you can create a poem with the phrase in one of its lines.

What this means is that we will create a layout using this phrase:

‘Tis the season to…

If you’re not using the nominated kit you can use ANY DSP kit/elements, freebies or from your current stash (must only be DSP products)

Upload your LO to Erica’s Lucky Dips Gallery or if it’s doing extra duty somewhere else I will need a link to your LO in this forum.

If anything is not clear please just ask any questions here

I'm looking forward to seeing your layouts for this weeks challenge and I hope you enjoy playing along.

I would love to hear of any theme/s you might like to try here, I'll place it in the Lucky Dip barrel and then have a poll and the most voted on will be the next months Lucky Dip weekly theme and you can also help run it or not, that's up to you.

Some really simple rules:

Please use only DSP products
You CAN use Ploppers and QC’s for this weeks challenge
Journaling or themed title is a must to complete this challenge
Your LO can be ANY style, even a none traditional style, a style all your own, in fact, let your hair down and go creatively wild!
You can have any number of photos or none at all
Your LO can do double/triple duty as long as you put a link in this forum, especially if you intend to do all four challenges. How will I know to include you in the draw otherwise
Exception to the above, if you do the Bonus Challenge by using the Christmas Cheer kit the LO HAS to go into Erica’s Lucky Dips Gallery
Please comment generously on other member’s layouts in this challenge. I know I don’t really need to ask you that because you’re all so good at it anyway.

Hmmm now there's a challenge - finding Christmas Cheer.
I know I bought it, probably during Christmas in July and just before we had a memory failure on the PC. Well the memory was replaced but my "computer technician" still hasn't finished the set up on the machine. I am pretty sure my Christmas Cheer is trapped on that hard drive.
When I was asked what I wanted for Christmas I suggested I didn't need anything new, I just needed what we've alreay got sorting out. Do you think Santa is any good at IT??

ARGGG!!! I was diligently working on my layout with your totally AWESOME kit, Erica....and I needed to scan a photo that I wanted to use and something has gone haywire with the scanner! It locked up my PSCS 2 program and I lost my layout! "I Could Just Scream!"

Guess I will have to get back to working on it tomorrow after work!

Oh I feel your pain!!! Hope it gets sorted soon for you. Plenty of time anyway for this challenge and I don't mind if it runs over to 31st

Can you believe that I had to reinstall my scanner to get the darn thing to work? Oh well, I will try to re-create my layout tonight after dinner.

Here is my LO for week 3 - rephrase it. I did use two elements from the Christmas Cheer AOP by Erica, everything else is from the Christmas Cheer Kit by Erica.
