Since the tags are rectangle, what if the frame was square..

But weathered.. and like has one lifted or bent corner...

And, lighter than the tan color paper to show up of course...

And, the journal book.. - mine is always ringed (so I can rip out pages) and torn tattered pages... lined... ) like you would take on an adventure... but beat up a little to go with the other grunged elements... so you could write down your notes...

or a postcard (the back side of course) to send back to your DSP friends.. but again.. like it got weathered... with the tribal theme...

I like a rectangular frame (there's lots of square ones out there!). Love the idea of a bent corner! Maybe you could even do the frame the same shape as the tags!

I also liked the PomPom idea!

Love the string and tags BTW! And the textures in this kit are awesome!

Lighter than the tan, beat up frame in the shape of the tags. It looks like thick cardboard or chipboard, so I didn't bend up the corners more than slightly. Do you want another frame for small multiple photos that bends up?

I added the same stamp to the tags for some continuity.

Loving how this kit is turning out Z!!!

I think we need a brad of sort - perhaps a square black one.

Also, what about some round sticker similar to those in the stamp on the tags.

Lol, I promise I won't always be this fast! I was just eager to work on this and dedicated last night and today to do it.

I'm working on the journaling element now. About the "pompom thing" - would that be like a tassel for our purposes? I am having trouble visualizing it as a scrapping element otherwise.

Love this idea...you mean like a negative slide frame right...perhaps one that we could put a few photos in.

Awesome, Z!!

Maybe a chipboard word art saying "life's a jungle" or something like that
We need something to 'cluster.'
How about something like
...a chipboard totem pole (did I really say that!)
...jungle leaves
...orchids
...birds
...straw bundle

They all sound odd, but maybe they will inspire you to do something sensible with the ideas
