About 7:30 I climbed into the back seat so I could lie down, as my hip was hurting so badly (even with 4 Ibuprofen :yikes) I thought I was going to scream. For the remainder of the trip, I dozed and chanted, "I am never doing this again".
This morning, all rested and back to my regular and customary low-grade pain, I thought, "Well, I guess I can do it again (and I know I will.  ) if I just crawl into the back seat. Oh! The things we can do! |
Is it time for a new hip?

Scary scary stuff..AND it had the Heart Foundations approval ???? Lovely bread only has about 5 ingredients..flour, water, yeast , teeny bit of salt and maybe some honey/sugar !! Good for you JD !! How is Katherine doing ??
