I-65 used to be my stomping ground....I was just south of Nashville. That's where I met DH, I moved there when I was 17 with my dad, he works for GM (at the Saturn plant)

I got my new iPhone 4S on Friday afternoon and I do believe I finally have everything transferred over. Maybe I can now scrap a page. Don't hold your breath.

There are so many opinions out there and when you are first diagnosed and trying to make the right decisions re your health the conflicting advise is mind numbing !!! I called it " information overload " I have learned along the way to listen to my body ! What works for, or is good for, one person does not mean it's good for another ! We are all SO different and so are our cancers and our bodies response to them !!

I absolutely agree! And that's why I haven't been too strict on myself. I don't understand the reasons for avoiding legumes so they are still an occasional part of my diet. Moderation is the key, I believe.

I find that any food that causes gas and bloat seems to cause an inflammatory response in my body. Legumes have a higher carb to protein load than I like.
It is all in how your own body responds to foods.

LATEST CANCER INFORMATION
from Johns Hopkins
AFTER YEARS OF TELLING PEOPLE CHEMOTHERAPY IS THE ONLY WAY TO TRY AND ELIMINATE CANCER, JOHNS HOPKINS IS FINALLY STARTING TO TELL YOU THERE IS AN ALTERNATIVE WAY …
1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size..............................................16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer cells.

Snopes says that this is false.

The few times that I had to punish Andrew, I would not let him use anything that had a power cord....except his tooth brush.
