My knee suddenly seemed to take a big leap forward today and I was able to sit outside for close to two hours and play music with friends. Sitting in a chair with me feet on the ground has been pretty painful until today.

Only 4 more CPM days - maybe 3.

I had lamb tonight - just a bit pink with crispy outsides - delicious! Doesn't take like 'sheep' like old sheep, more like beef when it's baby lambs (don't think about that). Great with mint jelly or mint & vinegar.
