For those following the MS Suzie saga...they were served with eviction papers and have until about noon to leave or the sheriff will escort them out of the apartment. They have asked for extra time but, now, it is in the hands of the sheriff. What a ZOO!

Carrie had no interest in driving at 16 either. In hindsight, I wish I had made her learn then because it was even more stressful after she graduated from college and was a new inexperienced driver when she was thrown into driving situations that could not be avoided. (Like driving into the city for med school). If she had started at 16, she would have had more experience with local driving before being "thrown under the bus".

Wow, that is young! One girl in my class got pregnant in our junior year and had twin boys. Girls didn't go to school when pregnant back then. She had a tutor until after the babies were born. In fact, she might have had a tutor until graduation.
One of the boys in my class got an "older" girl pregnant. (She was a year or 2 ahead of us.) I think he was only 16, and they got married. They are still happily married to this day.

I just had some terrible news that a friend of a friend that we've camped with has been killed in a motorcycle crash. They were friends since high school and she is devastated. He was 38.
