You can also open the preferences file - Edit > Preferences > General and uncheck the option to "Place or Drag Raster images as smart objects". This will allow you to drag objects onto your page as rasterized. Instead of the need to "rasterize" the layer before manipulating, you can instead right click on the layer and choose "convert to smart object" if need be.

Sounds like they should be served with garlic butter.

She had gone to a lot of trouble to make the day special for me even though Mother's Day is hard for her. Her own mother has never been part of her life, and she lost one baby and won't have any more. That made all that she did with a lovely lunch and a smashing dinner with gifts, all the more special.
I will be celebrating with my family in Michigan later this week.
My son has the house all shined up and my flower boxes on the porch railing all planted with petunias and marigolds. All of my garden accessories were in place and even the pond and fountain were filled and running.
I think my kids and grands missed me.

She has B cell follicular lymphoma, originally thought to be only on one side of her body, but the scans showed areas on both sides. The good news, there are no nodes affected near any major organ. She's being very philosophical about the whole deal, but worried about her bills.

Oh Crys, I am so sorry to hear the news was not as optomistic as hoped. I am praying there are some good treatments for her. I wonder if a bone marrow transplant is an option. I'll be anxious to hear!!!

Why is it that some cat owners feel that they do not have to take care of their cats? Our next door neighbor, who I genuinely like, allows her TWENTY POUND CAT to run rampant in the neighborhood. The cat brings fleas into my yard and walks all over my car........AND this fat cat, which I think should be classified as a mountain lion due to her size, just jumped up and crushed one of my precious little chickadees with her powerful jaws. (Now I have to go outside with a ladder and move all 14 of my bird feeders to higher branches).
After Fat Cat grabbed the bird, I bolted outside (I was so afraid that something was going to break or tear - that is the first time that I have moved that fast in years) hoping that maybe the little bird was still alive. I chased the fatso cat over into the next yard - I screamed and clapped my hands and the cat dropped the bird, but it was already dead.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.............
|
I still don't understand why dogs have to be on a leash, or fenced yard in most communities, but cats can roam the neighborhood, do their business in my flower beds and kick mulch all over the sidewalk.
