We are never again going back to my mother-in-law's during the summer. My immune system is too impaired to handle the heat. I am wrapped up in yeast - axillary regions, groin, upper rib cage.......I am fatigued and miserable. I try to soak, but it stings so stinkin' bad, I can hardly stand it. No more visits with people who do not have air conditioning.
OK, I am finished whining now.

It is morning for me Peeku Almost 10am. So sorry for your discomfort! I dont have a troubled immune system but I can certainly relate to the discomfort of extremem heat and no airconditioning....summer and I do not get along very well. Thankfully, we are in our winter now, but i could live all my life long in autumn

Now I am not whining, I'm b!tching.
Does this ever happen to y'all?
Whenever I feel really awful, DH can do one little thing and it makes me want to knock him into next week. Last night I pulled up my shirt and told DH to look at my rib cage and arm pits, and he said, "Well shucks..... Really bad yeast infection."
REALLY????? After 13 years of education, that's all he's got????? If I would have had something heavy, he would have been a dead man.
I called the internist today and got an ointment and pills to take.........

That would be a waste of 13 years of education Peeku . Seriously I hope you feel more comfortable soon , nothing more annoying and distressing than skin irritations

I vaguely remember the smurfs, but no idea which one was the villian.

I know the feeling. I get those periodic yeast infections too - even WITH A/C. I've even tried jock itch powder under my braless boobs because Carrie said it's the same thing. LOL. I can't say it helps very much though. Mine doesn't sound as bad as yours though. I hope your meds clear it up quickly!
