Building website template
I am trying to build a site, that allows other people to have there own site there. I want to build like 20 different templates from that, the users can use. I love all the digital scrap book stuff. I want to use some of the stuff, especially the background. I just do not understand where to start based on what products I can use in this way, what products have a license to allow this. Should I just try messaging a lot of the artists to see what they think.
Do the standard license fit? Is there any other suggestions? Maybe something I could read to find out more about this? How much does it cost?

It's easy to get a commercial use license for any product in the store. Just click on the commercial use link on any product page. Here are the guidelines from the DSP TOU:
