A Ditsy DownUnder called Edgy
in her red Christmas pants wore a wedgie
She pulled them up tight
They resisted with might
and now our poor Edgy's a Veggie !!

I went to the CIJ Fair
And all of our friends were there!
We started to chatter;
The Chat Room did shatter;
But the Freebies were still there to share!

Mars starts us a cuebeehoo hoo...
Our limerick lines for to woo
But what she's not telling
Is these lines she's selling
To earn her a million or two

Perhaps that's an exaggeration
These won't earn a great adulation
Cept from DSP friends
Who have patience no-end
And express such nice exultation

So I threaten to hang up my pen
I'm sure some are thinking when WHEN!!
Then it's limerick time
someone asks for a rhyme
And the impulse starts over again

And though someone says it's a fiction
I have a strong limerick addiction
I try not to do it
I try to work through it
But Mars feeds this dreadful affliction

And so we have a new thread
And rhymes bounce again in my head
My fingers are glowing
Limericks are flowing
OH NO some are saying in dread...

So I'm going to scrap if I can
I'll go back to where I began
In colours I'll paint
Though an artist I ain't
At least till I think of a plan

Fee's trying to complete a whopper;

and are nothing but a ruck,
and her conduct is verily improper!
