Since it looks like a piazza in Italy.......and they have the saying about throwing the coin in the fountain. Maybe a scattering of old coins.

Under the shuttered windows, there is a sign with a ledge over it. That might be a nice accent to write on.

What about a page border overlay like the frame pattern. Or maybe there's a suitable quote or wordart. What about water droplets or fine spray as overlay somewhere?
