I was furious, very poor support on their products.
I really like Windows 7 and it will run fairly good on older PCs with enough ram in them. It has its issues but I recommend it instead of all the money you'll pay for hardware Apple doesn't support after a year. I also setup, configure and maintain computers, devices and software for a living so if you have any questions I'll try if I can answer them, if I can.

<<Oh, my goodness, this is good information to know. I thought Mac was suppose to be one of the best! I heard wrong.
However, I have discovered in the past I just buy a new computer then without telling you they change everything. Operating System, etc. Can't use some of your software on different operating systems, always want you to buy, buy, buy!
I have looked at computers in some of the stores Staples, Best Buy, Office Max with some of the computers they don't even give you a monitor and hardly any software with it. No longer give you manuals, have to go on line if you are lucky to find one for you computer and then if you want to print out cost a fortune in cartridges! I need printed out manuals.
I feel they are all in it together to get as much money as they can out of you.
Then try getting a tech that you can understand while your computer is still in Warranty! Good luck on that. HP so far is the worse, most are out of the country and I can't understand a word. I give them credit for trying but usually, I get no help!
So, no way do I buy extended warranties. A few years ago I bought three year extended warranty and did I get use out of it when I needed help. No! A big waste of money as far as I am concerned. I personally cannot afford to throw money away.
I admire people like you who do this for a living and you sound like you are truly wanting to help people.>>
