Welcome, we're so glad to get to know you!
The answer to what we do with them is as varied as the scrappers are! Some of us print them on 8.5x11" paper and put them in page protectors in an album, some take to the copy shop and print there, others to the photo developer for 8x10 prints they mount to standard size cardstock to put in an album. Others order coffee table hardcover books for special albums. Some do all their layouts hardbound.
Then there are some like me who just have them all on the computer while learning to make DVD slide shows for the TV! Just start scrapping, and you'll discover what YOU want to do. I let that indecision hold me up for awhile, so I just decided I didn't care and scrapped standard 8.5x11 size. Then I decided to do DVDs and now scrap whatever size I feel like: round, square, portrait, landscape, panoramic, whatever fits! I still don't make the DVDs, I don't know how yet. So don't get hung up, just start scrapping! If you're like me, I went back and redid all my original 10 or so layouts anyway!
There's a thread in the Design Place forum on DVD slide shows, and paper discussions in the Printing Place forum.
Do you also need help resizing for the web and uploading to DSP? We have some tutorials on that too.
