Kay, I love your new AVI and Lesile, yours is yummy...I think someone may have already said that.

DM- Congrats on the 5,000. I would love to hit that number before my name gets changed at the first of the month. I'll try. I just want to be able to add "Flairless Floozy" under my name if even for a day.

So here I am quoting myself. How pathetic is that. No one would believe the day I had.

The doctor said I was nuts at 10 am this morning. But that's just a given. Other than that and a low iron level, I am perfectly healthy.

Then I got into some design stuff that I wanted to try out. It looks fantastic by the way and hopefully will be in the store as with the stuff from the contest.

Okay, okay, so I may have lost track of time with the design stuff but it is all worth it right? Also at that time, the dog got into a candy can and then tried to cover it up with her paw. She hides things about as good as the ten-year-old.

So then the man-child came home and I needed to get him to the barn where he was to make the repair. I figured it should take no more than an hour since he had unearthed the pipe yesterday. I figured that I would have plenty of time to get those emboidery orders in and dinner started.

The owner of the farm did not have the right supplies which required a trip to Lowes in her death trap of a car. I may not know much about cars, but when the "check engine light" comes on, it kind of means that you really have to check that engine, not let's how long this car will run. When we got back, I had the man child cut a section only to find out that they material of the pipe that was purchased to make the repair was completely different then what he pulled out of the trench so now the woman has no water and no pipe. I told her what she needed to purchase at Lowes for tomorrow after I suggested for the third time that she call a dang plumber! So, the man-child and I finally made it home just before 7 pm.

Dinner was what ever could be found, embroidery orders will have to go for another day and thank goodness a few party goers have volunteered to bring food items. All that leaves for me is to clean my house, utilize some doors to hide the mess and so that I don't have to clean the whole house, try to squeeze in a couple of embroidery orders tomorrow as well as shop for chips, dip, veggies, and beer. I am NOT a beer drinker, I have no idea what I am buying. Who knows what I'll come home with.

I really, really need to learn how to say, "NO, I can not help you with this issue."

The man-child is wanting to talk. Have a good night everyone. I'll let you know how the plumbing issue and the party goes.
The quiet life in Bathurst is suddenly VERY appealing !!!!
Hugs for you WW..remember .."This too shall pass !!"

Thank you Kay - I didn't know about the hard refresh, only about the ordinary one.

That made two things I learned today, but I can't remember the other one! It was something on PSE6. Oh dear! Now I've forgotten it.

Aww Kay, awww, that was an avatar I tried out that I just didn't care for. I think I have to have things on the screen in front of me that don't distract me. I really have the concentration span of a very small gnat.

You know I had to take off the signatures cause I couldn't read the posts... cause I was just so distracted. Is it just me or is there anyone else so unfocussed??

I am still managing to keep up with the PAD challenge but as we are away in the country over the weekend I will miss out on uploading another photo on Saturday.

I have uploaded todays PAD - another from my garden.

Runner Bean flower
and decided to do a cover page for my " In My Garden In 2009" album

I had a good laugh st the photo of the bloomers. My grandmother used to wear silky ones. One day in the city shopping the elastic boke on her bloomers. Like the lady she was, she discreetly moved into a nearby doorway and very ladylike stepped out of the bloomers which were by now on the ground and quickly put them into her handbag. I cant descibe my embaressment as a 10 year old as I was required to stand in front of her.
