Unhappy Another font organizer problem!

I have now tried both Font Thing and Fontonizer. I like the premise of either, but I found Fontonozer a little easier to use. And so I went a little crazy organizing with it... uninstalled some fonts, moved some to recycling, etc. Now many of my programs and web browsing are displaying with other not-so-appealing fonts! My Palm Desktop software is almost unreadable because the font is some crazy condensed tiny font that I can't change. I am able to tell my web browser how to display text, but it still doesn't look like it used to.

I tried to restore everything to the way it was... installed everything that was uninstalled, recovered most of recycled stuff (except a few I knew were not default fonts for these programs.) Still, I have yucky fonts displaying! What can I do? Maybe if I knew the name of the fonts used for web browsers or my Palm Desktop stuff, I could search specifically for them. Please, somebody! I'm not good with change LOL, and I want things the way they were! HELP!

Can you do a system restore to the day before you used that programme - I use Font LIster - its basic but its quick , uses little memory and doesnt muck things up ( well for me anyway) - but it isnt really an organiser - I just put all my fonts for scrapbooking in one folder and ask font lister to open them - it then loads them temporarily - when I close it - it unloads them ( but they are not in the fonts folder so they were never installed in the first place)
