Space - School Project

The class is studying space this term and the teacher has blacked out the classroom windows and painted rockets and stars on the paper. I matched these to diaries that I had covered in the same kits. I also made magnets with each of the kids names on them (not shown here). CIJ - Address Book

Designer and/or kit name only.): Especially made for CIJ... and just finished before dinner. Instructions for Address Book: You will need: 1 x front cover 1 x back cover 11 x dividers 18 inner pages 1. I scrapped the covers and the dividers as 7x5 inch pages. Each of these is folded in half and the bound on the open edge. Just remember to put any title on the left hand side of the front cover. 2. The internal page I made in PS and it has effectively 4 pages of the address book on it per A4 sheet. Again these are in 7x5 boxes and after cutting them out I folded in half - open edge is bound. 3. Binding: I used a Zutter machine to bind, but you could take them to a store to get them bound or punch holes and use rings. You could also add ribbons to the binding. 4. I originally made tabs for each of the dividers to show what letters were contained in each section, but I think I'm going to leave them off as it's pretty easy to flick through the sections. Puppet Show

We've put together our puppet stage using Lauren's fabulous Centre Stage Page Kit, a Weetbix packet, some paper and and lots of straws and tape. Now we just need to make some more puppets.
