By scenic it meant winding and curvy, if you�re sensitive it might make your stomach turn. It was definitely scenic! A horse greeted us at the first bend, standing right at the fence. There were farms all in the valley. The mountains were covered in trees just starting to change color. Boy oh boy was that road curvy!! We warned the other travelers that the calmer second route might be the best choice for their sensitive stomachs. Thankfully we have pictures to share the experience of the scenic route. Coming up in the new few weeks. This picture shows the invite and the return address sticker. I drew the kite and hat in adobe illustrator using my wacom craft tablet. Used the illustrations on the address label and the return address sticker. Used my xyron machine to sticky the labels and had the invitations professionally printed.

First Roller Coaster Ride

We recently went to Walt Disney World he had been talking for weeks about how he wanted to ride a roller coaster. We took him to the Goofy ride at Magic Kingdom and he rode it. I recorded the ride on video and these are video captures (that's why they're so small). What was fun is that I couldn't find what I was looking for in a quick click so I made my own!! OMG how cool is that. I guess I've grown in my design ability. It only took me nearly all day to compete the quick click and layout. The ferris wheel in the background is a picture I took a few years ago at navy pier in chicago, I thought it blended nicely into the background.
