Lovely! Brings back lots of memories, but I wish I could find a photo of the ferry WE went to Iona on! It was a rather large rowing boat with an outboard motor. To get vehicles over to the island two planks were set across the boat and the vehicle driven carefully onto the planks. It must have been a precarious journey! Your photo must surely be of Fionnphort, am I right?
