I used Rene's May Flowers kit - the light lavender back, plus an overlay from her Beautiful Souls.

I also used Susan Walker's scroll from the June Club Dig

I hadwanted to do this LO for a long long time - it is part of my daughter's adoption life book. I wanted to portray an Ethiopian Mother but have it look dreamy or ghostlike. I posed my daughter in Ethiopian clothes and then extracted the photo and used Snap Art photoshop filters to mke the pictre look drawn. It ias such a challenge to Commemorate a birth when you have almost no details. I felt comfortable that what I wrote likely represents what happened in my daughter's case where her mother passd away when she was 2 years old.
