Okay! Your setup looks fantastic - there's just the right amount of diffusion in your lights, so you can't really even tell that you're using lights! Are you using a custom white balance? Your color looks FANTASTIC!
Now. I think that the settings that will work best for you are the following: ISO 800, Shutter speed 1/80, Aperture f/3 to f/5-ish. If you go completely manual (I think it's the M - lol), you can choose all those things. Then afterwards if you have an image that looks under-exposed we could lighten it in the post-processing (if you want to also change to the raw file format instead of the jpg format).
